Ankur Vyas

Head of Enterprise Finance

Ankur Vyas is Executive Vice President and head of Enterprise Finance for Truist Financial Corporation, a purpose-driven financial services company committed to inspiring and building better lives and communities. In this role, he oversees Truist’s line-of-business and functional CFO organizations, corporate FP&A and performance management, and financial methodologies and profitability measurement. Ankur was named head of Enterprise Finance in February 2026, and he is a member of Truist’s Operating Council.

Ankur joined Truist in 2013 and has served in a variety of roles, including head of Corporate Finance and Strategy, head of Strategic Finance, head of Investor Relations, head of Wealth Omni Channel and Assistant Treasurer. As head of IR, he was responsible for Truist’s relationships and communications with investors, research analysts, and rating agencies. In addition, during his career at Truist, he has had responsibility for capital management, liquidity and funding, wealth digital strategy, and corporate social responsibility.

Prior to joining Truist, Ankur was a vice president in the Financial Institutions Group of Goldman Sachs, based in New York, NY. There he provided corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising advice to financial services companies, primarily focused on the bank and specialty finance sector in North America.

Ankur earned a B.S. in Economics from Duke University in 2001 and received the CFA designation in 2004. He was named to the 2016, 2017, and 2018 Institutional Investor All-America Executive Teams as one of the top investor relations professionals in the Large-Cap Banks sector.
