Allison L. J. Robinson is the head of branch and premier banking for Truist Financial Corporation, a purpose-driven financial services organization committed to inspiring and building better lives and communities. An influential and motivational leader with more than 20 years of experience, she has a proven track record of leading client-centric teams focused on listening, planning, coaching and collaborating with each client regardless of where they find themselves on their financial journey. She is also a member of Truist's Operating Council.
Previously, Robinson held leadership roles of increasing responsibility within the bank’s commercial banking, consumer banking, marketing, mortgage and small business banking organizations, as well as emerging markets.
Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Robinson proudly served in 2020 as a judge for the John R. Lewis Racial Case Competition (JLCC) hosted by Emory University Goizueta Business School. A native of Florida, Robinson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mercer University and an MBA from Jacksonville University.
