Kim Harding

Head of Branch Banking

Kim Harding is the head of branch banking for Truist Financial Corporation, a purpose-driven financial services organization committed to inspiring and building better lives and communities. She is responsible for the delivery of distinctive client experiences through more than 1,900 community banking branches. In addition, Harding leads segment and channel support teams including branch operations and internal controls, workforce management, segment solutions delivery and financial inclusion. She is also a member of Truist's Operating Council.

Harding has served in multiple retail leadership roles at Truist including retail lending officer, branch leader, area leader, retail region leader and branch banking executive. She began her career at Truist in 2002 through the company’s Leadership Development Program. Her experience leading branch teams spans across Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, D.C., North Carolina, and West Virginia where she oversaw the implementation and execution of branch sales, service strategies, and financial performance.

Harding is a proud member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and earned a bachelor’s degree in business from James Madison University. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband and daughter, Olivia. Harding believes in using her platform to advocate for those who are unable to advocate for themselves, a passion and belief inspired by her daughter.
