Amy Collins

Amy Collins is the business administrative executive for Truist Financial Corporation, a purpose-driven financial services organization committed to inspiring and building better lives and communities. She is a member of the company’s Operating Council.

Collins leads the Office of Corporate and Administrative Affairs (OCAA), which includes Corporate Communications, the Chief of Staff to the CEO, Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Experience, Corporate Aviation, Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Truist Philanthropy, and Organizational Health & Teammate Experience. Her team helps drive operational excellence by creating efficient processes, maintaining safe and secure workplaces, supporting business travel, protecting teammates, advancing community impact, and fostering a strong workplace culture.

She is committed to serving her community. She serves on the boards of United Way of Greater Charlotte, Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas and Truist Foundation. She also serves on the Charlotte Center City Public Safety Task Force, helping support safer communities and opportunities for people to thrive.

Collins holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bellevue University. When she isn’t working, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family.
