Business Administrative Executive
Amy Collins is the business administrative executive for Truist Financial Corporation, a purpose-driven financial services organization committed to inspiring and building better lives and communities. She is a member of the company’s Operating Council.
Collins oversees the Office of Corporate and Administrative Affairs (OCAA), where her leadership is characterized by clarity, purpose, and a steadfast dedication to ongoing improvement. Her diverse team encompasses a wide range of critical areas, including Corporate Communications, the Chief of Staff to the CEO, Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Experience, Corporate Aviation, Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Truist Philanthropy, and Organizational Health & Teammate Experience. Together, these departments play a pivotal role in advancing the bank’s operational excellence. They drive efficiency and maintain secure, safe work environments, facilitate reliable travel, safeguard teammates, support the Bank’s philanthropic goals, strengthen community involvement, and nurture an inclusive workplace culture. Through this collaborative approach, Collins and her team help ensure the organization’s continued success and positive impact.
Her commitment to caring has led her to serve on the Truist Foundation board as well as the advisory board of the Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta and the board of Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas in Charlotte. She recently joined the Center City Public Safety Task Force, working to reduce crime and foster environments where better lives and thriving communities can flourish.
Collins holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bellevue University. When she isn’t working, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family.
