Head of Digital, Client Experience and Marketing
Sherry Graziano is head of digital, client experience and marketing for Truist Financial Corporation. She is responsible for creating shareholder value through brand awareness and consideration, client growth and engagement, and digital adoption for the company’s more than 15 million clients. Her team’s mission is to deliver seamless, personalized and empowered client and teammate experiences that attract and strengthen relationships, build community and client trust, and deliver on Truist’s purpose.
Since being named to this position in October 2023, Graziano oversees enterprise and performance marketing; digital sales and servicing; enterprise capabilities and platforms; digital research and design; client experience, operational excellence, governance and execution; client advocacy; and connected channel management and strategy. Graziano is a member of Truist’s Operating Council.
Passionate about inspiring and building economic mobility and wealth-building for underserved communities, Graziano serves on the board of directors for Truist Foundation, Apparo IT for Nonprofits, Rollins College AI-EDGE and previously served on the board of directors at Bank Administration Institute (BAI). She sits on the Verizon Innovation Leadership Council, Salesforce Client Advisory Board and Personetics Global Executive Customer Council. She is also a member of Digital50, a cohort of World50, which elevates transformation across industries.
Graziano has served in the banking industry for more than 20 years, including roles at PHH Mortgage, MetLife Home Loans and Bank of America. The Charlotte Business Journal named her on their Top 25 Women in Business List in 2024 and 2025. Under her leadership, Truist has received numerous accolades including being honored with a 2025 American Banker Innovation Award in the AI and Analytics category. As a spokesperson, Graziano shares her expertise across industry conferences, media and podcasts, including MSNBC, Wall Street Journal, Finovate and SAVOY conferences, and The CMO Podcast with Jim Stengel.
Graziano earned a bachelor’s degree in health and human performance from the University of Florida. She earned a master’s degree in human resource management from Rollins College. When she isn’t working, Graziano enjoys time with family, running and watching sports.
