Sherry Graziano
Head of Digital, Client Experience, and Marketing
Sherry Graziano is head of digital, client experience, and marketing for Truist, responsible for creating shareholder value through brand awareness and consideration, client growth and engagement, and digital adoption for the company’s more than 15 million clients. Her team’s mission is to deliver seamless, personalized, and empowered client and teammate experiences that attract and strengthen relationships, build community and client trust, and deliver on Truist’s purpose. She is also a member of Truist’s Operating Council.
She oversees enterprise brand, digital sales and performance marketing; digital servicing, including caring for seven million digitally active clients with two million daily mobile interactions; and 23 enterprise-wide platforms and capabilities that support clients and teammates. She manages client experience, including research and design, client advocacy, connected channel performance, and related operational excellence and governance functions.
Prior to her current role, Graziano led digital and care center banking for Truist. This included daily operations of Truist Care Centers, IVR and agent-assisted channels across 120 million client interactions annually. Graziano also previously served as director of digital commerce for Truist, where she led the implementation of innovative digital growth strategies. She has held leadership positions in mortgage, including sales strategy, operations, and transformation. Graziano has 20-plus years’ experience in financial services with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Graziano serves on the board of directors for Truist Foundation, Apparo IT for Nonprofits, Rollins College AI-EDGE, and Akoya, and previously served on the board of directors at Bank Administration Institute (BAI). She is a member of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra Audience Relevance and Community Outreach Committee. She co-chairs the Generations@Truist business resource group and previously co-chaired the Women@Truist business resource group.
Graziano earned her bachelor’s degree in health and human performance from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in human resources management from Rollins College.
