Stacy Sandon Davidson

Stacy Sandon Davidson is a seasoned enterprise leader with three decades of experience in financial services and financial technology. A trusted counselor to CEOs and senior leadership teams, she is known for her ability to connect strategy to execution, lead organizations through high‑stakes change, and create alignment across complex, matrixed environments. Her expertise spans executive and corporate communications, brand and marketing, organizational transformation, issues management, employee and client experience, strategic planning, and organizational design.

Stacy spent nearly 29 years at PNC, where she built and led multiple enterprise‑level functions across business and corporate communications, client and employee experience, corporate events, video production, leadership development, and chief‑of‑staff responsibilities. She established the bank’s first business communications function — a capability designed to connect business strategy, leadership priorities, and stakeholder engagement — and led communications for major acquisitions and other significant enterprise initiatives. Her roles included serving as chief of staff for the marketing & communications organization, head of business and functions communications, and head of communications, employee and client experience for corporate & institutional banking.

Stacy holds a bachelor of science in education from the University of Cincinnati.
